Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and delivery of coaching sessions offered by LucidBirk (Birk Stroheker) through the website https://lucidbirk.com.

2. Nature of Service

The service consists of individual coaching sessions conducted online or in person. Coaching is a personal and conversational process aimed at self-reflection, clarity, and development. It does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any form of health service.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via the scheduling tool Calendly.
Payment is processed securely via PayPal at the time of booking. By proceeding with the booking, clients agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment at any time before the scheduled start of the session.
To do so, use the reschedule link provided in the confirmation email or contact me directly.

If a client cancels before the session, the paid amount will be credited as a full-value voucher for a future session. No automated refunds are issued.

If a client fails to attend the session (“no-show”) without prior cancellation, the session is considered provided, and no refund or credit applies.

Provider cancellations:
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), I will reach out as early as possible and kindly ask you to reschedule.
If rescheduling is not possible, any payment already made will be fully refunded.

5. Refunds

Since coaching sessions are personalized, time-bound services, the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) does not apply once the service has been delivered (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Refunds are generally not provided after payment, except in cases of technical or organizational failure on my part that prevents the session from taking place.

6. Liability

No specific results are guaranteed. The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions resulting from the coaching. I accept no liability for any direct or indirect consequences of coaching sessions.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking or coaching is handled in accordance with the site’s Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Stuttgart, Germany.
